Bunyip History Committe

Our thanks go to the Bunyip History Committee who kindly allowed us to reproduce historical photographs of Bunyip from their collection and to Denise Nest who allowed us to use excerpts from her book "Call of the Bunyip - History of Bunyip Iona and Tonimbuk", 1990 &  "Bunyip Mechanics' Institute Hall 1906 to 2006 - A Place of Learning & Entertainment", 2006.

Sue, a local resident of Bunyip and member of the former Bunyip Progress Association whose idea it was for the group to put together a website for Bunyip.

Jacquie Scull

As a member of the Bunyip Progress Association (BPA) Jacquie volunteered to undertake the project which began in April 2006. The BPA disbanded in October 2006 and Jacquie continued the project with the newly formed Bunyip Innovations Group (BIG). The project was completed and the website was officially launched on 13th March 2007.
